Homeowners don’t always know what to expect when they call a wildlife removal expert to help them with a problem. A specific process is required to be sure the wildlife is removed safely, and that your property is properly cleaned and sealed against future invasions.

When you call an expert and explain your situation, you will receive an estimate of the cost and an appointment will be scheduled to inspect your property. We provide same-day service in most cases, and we can schedule a time that’s most convenient for you.

This is what you can expect when our wildlife removal expert arrives at your site.

  • INSPECTION : A full inspection will be performed to determine specifics of your wildlife issue. We will look for possible entry points and signs of animal activity, such as chewing, fur, or footprints. Our inspection includes your residence or place of business, garage, attic, and areas such as dryer vents, air conditioning and heating vents, gaps in siding, eaves or dormers and soffits, which are one of the most common points of entry for wildlife. We also inspect the entire roof, including all plumbing stacks, ridge caps, vents, and other potential gaps or holes.
  • REMOVAL : Once we know the species of wildlife, we’re dealing with and how many, we will use the most effective means to remove the animals, including different kinds of traps. Sometimes the animal is removed by hand, or by using a special tool such as a snare pole. We then transfer them to carriers and take them away. Sometimes, we are able to set one-way doors or other exclusion devices that allow the animals to safely exit, but doesn’t allow them to get back inside.
  • REPAIRS : We work to find all entry points and seal them, insuring that wildlife will not be able to gain access again. Repairs are an essential step in the process. If you’ve had wildlife in your house once, the previous animals may leave a scent behind that attracts other animals. Every possible entry hole must be sealed or the job isn’t complete. Any torn ductwork, damaged pipe insulation or chewed electrical wires also will be repaired.
  • DECONTAMINATION : It’s a good idea to clean your attic, garage, or other area after you’ve removed wildlife from the space. They can leave behind droppings, urine, hair, oils, food, and nesting material, which can attract insects. The scent left behind also can attract other wildlife, and you may have to deal with odor problems caused by the waste. Our technicians will remove all droppings and soiled insulation. We also fog the area with a special cleaner that destroys organic matter and deodorizes the space.

We provide prompt, professional wildlife removal services, and our work is guaranteed. You can rely on us to take care of your specific wildlife problem effectively and safely.
